This gentleman seems to feel I have done so:
"
Its none of your business if people don't wish to believe. What the hell gives you the right to dictate to other people. Your a fraud like all religious types. The Romans had the best idea in how to deal with you lot. "

I truly believe we must all live as we are called and follow what faith we choose.

FAQ: Do Swedenborgians believe in the Holy Trinity?

"The idea of God, with all conception of Him, having been thus rent asunder, it is my purpose to treat, in their order, of God the Creator, of the Lord the Redeemer, and of the Holy Spirit the Operator, and lastly of the Divine trinity, to the end that what has been rent asunder may be again made whole; which is done when the reason of man is convinced by the Word and by light therefrom that there is a Divine trinity, and that the trinity is in the Lord God the Savior Jesus Christ, like the soul, the body, and what goes forth from these, in man; and that thus this article in the Athanasian Creed is true:"

"In Christ God and man, or the Divine and the Human, are not two, but are in one person; and as the rational soul and the flesh are one man, so God and man are one Christ." -- True Christian Religion n.4[3]:

I haven't read all your posts, but everyone that I have read offers nothing but well phrased words of kindness and encouragement. Every time I see your avatar by either a question or an answer I know I'll find positive, non-judgmental words.

Dear woman, your kindness has touched many of us from all backgrounds and beliefs. Don't change anything about what you have to offer us and don't be discouraged by the unwarranted criticisms of a few.

Sadly, there will always be those who hate, even in the face of goodness. Please try to not let it discourage you, that 'gentleman' is by far in the minority here.

You are kind to consider some who supports the wholesale slaughter of Christians a "gentleman." Interestingly he appears to abhor someone "sharing their faith" but has no problem with someone forcing their ideals, at the end of a sword, on another. This is an open format and you are free to share your beliefs. If someone doesn't like them they can respond or ignore them. Claiming "the Romans had the best idea . . .", simply showcases his immense stupidity, anger and hypocrisy. He is free to proudly display his ignorance if he so chooses, I wouldn't worry much about it.

Debra, you are one of only a handful of people here who has never tried to convert anyone. On the contrary, you show unusual tolerance and acceptance for everyone's beliefs and opinions. One need only look at how you handled the hate posts directed towards the Friendly Misfits to see that this is true.

No, I have not seen you trying to convert anyone. In fact, I think your posts are quite peaceful. If I recall correctly, you are a devout Catholic. I've enjoyed your posts, and I was wondering where you were just lat week.
Do not let this person upset you. There is no basis to pronounce that type of judgement on someone you don't even know.
I hope you are well.

I'm glad you're amused and not upset. This guy clearly has no clue. You're quite understanding and patient in the face of people arguing against your faith. I have never seen you attemping to change anyone's faith that I can recall. People send me hate mail all the time too, and it amuses me now instead of angers me like it once did.

There are more mentally unbalanced people on the inter-net than have congregated in one spot in the history of the Universe. So yes, lunatics say things. Ignore them. Sometimes the unhappiness and hate that is shown on here is appalling. That's why it is impossible to email me.

I've seen some that I thought were iffy.
Please post a link to question you asked that garnered that reply and let us be the judges.
I think you are good at sounding nice and non threatening while you spread your message, but spread your message you do.

Peace.

Edit: Got it. That answer was definitely an over reaction to the question you asked. I answered that same Q, and it didn't bother me. That particular Q was unoffensive in every way.
Have a nice day.

As an Atheist I can honestly state I have never seen a post of yours trying to change anyones faith.

Keep the faith sister. Pray for this soul. There are many "people in darkness" on this Q&A board. Remember that love is patient and love is kind.

Even if your questions are dominated by faithless answers, they are being read by many others.

God Bless
