How are you coping with the pain?

I'm O.K.:
I feel your pain. Go ahead and grieve now, and don't let anyone tell you not to. This process is critical for healing. But through your tears, love will begin to blossom in your heart again. Never give up on love!

Nahimana:
It sounds like your heart has been scarred, and love is knocking on the door. Sometimes our heart must break to become tender again in order to recieve love.

Arriane:
I felt your pain as I read your words. My eyes are not dry as I write this. The icy chill of lost love is incomprehensible to onlookers, and greiving can be a lonely affair. I urge you to let it all out, holding nothing back. This is not a small thing, and the heart will not be tricked with pep talks and well wishes. Trust love to find you, if you do not release it from your heart. Wash away the pain, but cherish the love, and I promise that your heart will be fulfilled in a wonderful, and unexpected way.

That is my problem now. My boyfriend is going back to his homeland for good (US) and I feel there is nothing to look forward to any more. I am stuck in another country wherein it's not easy to find a friend. I just continue what I have to do everyday and go with the flow. I don't know how would I say my last goodbye to him. I cry each night, every time even at work. It's hard to deal with it.

I have suffered the loss of sanity. This person has taken my mind, heart and soul and twisted it into a pretzel, laced it with temptation, & coated it with pure lust. I don't cope with the pain I just suffer.
Sorry Doc , wrong here

Yes, not recently but the pain is still here... Coping with pain is just by living each day at a time. Laughing when there is reason to laugh and crying when you feel lonely and misses them... Just rmember life must go on...

The pain is kind of an emotional impact of losing part of yourself when things were going so good.
Sometimes we fall in love with what we thnk is love and lose our minds, but in the long run, the pain can be eased down by keeping a friend in your love rather than losing a friend and the love.

I had that about three years ago. It was miserable...but i overcome with distractin my self in new things which i like and loving my self through takin care of my feelings, and security.
It was difficult on me but it needs time...dun worry it's not the end of life. There are many women out there and one of them is meant to be with you...that incas if you have a believe in God and Fate....In case you dun there is the karam law ....
What you do in your life will retun back to you in the future and in the next life after death. So if your good person and that woman was being mean to you in someways....then it's God's plan. He is smart on...trust me.
Good luck
