These are all good answers, Chicken Soup, and I say some 7-up
at room temperature. Vicks rubbed on your back and chest. I would do epsom salt in a basin with hot water and a towel over your head to put the steam through your nostirls. And you might try putting your feet in tomato sauce, my friend swears it draws out any infections due to colds. It wouldn't hurt to try it, I never did. Hope you feel better soon.

Zinc lozenges melted in the mouth 5 times a day starting at first sign of symptoms will shorten the duration of the cold. Study was done at the Cleveland Clinic a few years ago.

Lemsip, Hot Ribena, Tunes, Halls Soothers and your face over a basin filled with Vicks and hot water.

Before you go to bed have a cup of hot milk with a tot of whisky in. Doesn't not taste nice but it works
