Your at your proper weight. I'm 5'3" and weigh 130. You want to loose vanity pounds. Leave it alone and don't worry about it. If you loose too much weight, you'll strain your internal organs and could suffer spasms, seizures and heart strain.

As three previous answers said, this is unhealthy. Vanity pounds is the correct term; you are already healthy. What I would also say is that while I understand that everyone under the sun is "busy," there is no way that you are unable to find 30 minutes during the day in which to exercise. Literally sit down and think about when might be a good time to fit it into your schedule. Even 30 minutes of walking is good for you during the day; definitely better than a crash and burn diet like you suggest!

No, it is not healthy at all. Exercise is really important and so is eating at least 1,400-1,500 calories if you are 14 years old. You have to find time to exercise, whether that means walking to and from school or doing more sports at school. Aim to lose 1-2lb per week maximum. HTH : )

i dont think so.

You're body is still growing and you need enough nutrients to make sure that it grows right. You can try limit it to 1200-1500 cal.

just make better choices.. instead of ice cream, get flavoured yogurt for desert. instead of a chocolates, snack on food.

and considering you're still young, unhealthy diets would cause your metabolic rate to go haywire. so..... do a little bit of reading and good luck with your weight loss.

It's a little low, but you could probably survive on it... barely. Make sure and get your nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and so forth. Actually, your weight is fine... why mess with a good thing?
