The inherent problem with body clocks is they are powered off the same circuitry as the conscious part of the brain, and therefor shut down almost completely while you are asleep.
The rare cases where the alarm function does work is where people manage to be waking up just before the designated time it should be going off.
the reason they keep time properly is they Analise the time they were inactive.
See?

Unfortunately you can't get a refund until your 'warranty' has run out entirely. wait until you see a bright light at the end of a tunnel and at the end you should find someone you can discuss a 'refund' with. There is a chance they will just redirect you to a very warm department that smells like brimstone in which case you can pretty much assume that your request has been denied.

i do that and my body clock usually works, but on the rare occasion when it doesn't, since the NO RETURN policy is very strict, just call a random stranger and really give them what for.
you won't get any money back, or replacement offers... but you might feel a little better, and that's the important thing...

Check the batteries, if that's not the cause check with the manufacturer or return it to the retailer.

I'll lend you my son. you will never need a body clock or a real clock again. He doesn't need much sleep.
Wish people would read question properly. Just a rant thanks.
