The point is that I want to go out of US two weeks after my first entry. I want to know if I will receive my Card in two weeks or not and if no does this cause me a problem in my next entrance while I have the immigrant visa in my passport valid until Jan 2007? Many Thanks

After you are admitted into the US with your immigrant visa, they will automatically begin the process of producing your green card. It will come in the mail. In the meantime, you can use your immigrant visa and admission stamp as proof of your legal status in the US.

you are on a b1/b2 visa which grants you admittance to the united states. after jan 2007 you must leave. you would have to apply for a change in visa status and apply for a green card. this takes time. you will probably have to leave the u.s. and then come back in.
