I really doubt it. I am on here at various times of the day throughout the weeks. There are times when many of the people in different categories are from different areas, but I think that has to do with their daily schedules.
I am taking a break. I have been doing real work for about 36 hours, and need to perk myself up, so I go from my other computer networks to my public one to decompress.
Good luck finding a friend, no matter where you are. I am in USA, and mostly I run across USA people, and some from india, some from Jordan and some from romania. Mostly I run into USA people when we discuss nationality.
