Well you will hear this a lot but you need to exercise and eat healthy. Well that doesn't really tell you much because anything could be concidered exercise. If you want to get rid of unwanted fat, a good way would be to jog for about 30-45 minutes every day. You will have god sucess if you stay away of fattening foods such as pop, candy and other junk foods. Try to eat stuff that is natural, when was the last time an apple was bad for you.

rather than sit at TV or computer and stuff the face with chips, pop and candy as most at 15 do, one should be out playing ball or walking with friends instead of writing to them via internet and via phone calls. I think you are just needing to get out and GIVE IT, and enjoy life and see the drop in weight normally. I do not recommend diets to anyone and especially younger people. Just be a kid and you will see the big difference and you will not only feel and look better---you will be better. I wish all people could retain being a kid and there would be less illness and more fitness among us all.

As one person suggested, get out there and have fun! Video games have taken away the pickup games of street baseball/basketball that used to keep kids relatively healthy...If you don't like either of those sports, keep looking till you find something you'll honestly want to do often, and you'll be set.

As far as food, counting calories is rediculous at your age. You only have so long to be a kid! Instead, variety is key. If you live near a big city, it shouldn't be to hard to find a place with say, sushi or wraps instead of McD's went you eat out. At home, try to have fruits, veggies and cereals you like on hand for snacks; replace chips with pretzels...and yeah, think about switching to diet sodas.

First and formost you must change you diet. Don't eat fried foods and don't snack on junk food. Watch your calorie and fat intake. Second, you must do cardio to burn fat. The easiest, but effective way is walking. You must be a good speed that will get your heart pumping. When you feel that heart rate pick up, you are burning calories. Try to at least do 30mins a day and a new healthy, firmer you is just weeks away.
