I don't think the tooth underneath it is wobbly, it's not a baby tooth/milk. I recently lost the tooth behind it and another tooth is growing just fine there, but I think there's another one growing on top of the one in front of it.

My daughter had this happen when she was younger - and it turned out to be extra calcium that had built up in her gums. The dentist just pulled what appeared to be a tooth - but was only as I said a calcium deposit. She suffered no long term problems and today has beautiful healthy teeth.

If you haven't been to a dentist in the last 6 months, I would suggest it now and possibly an orthodontist. Waiting will only complicate things further, it's probably nothing to worry about at all, but I would have x-rays taken as a normal routine check up. Best of luck, don't delay. I've had braces, and my bf is having a major dental surgery becasue of lack of care.

I would go to the dentist and if it hurts take Ibuprofen(advil) it's the only thing that works for mouth pain.

i think you should go to a dentist as soon as you can as that could get survierly painfull and could turn septic and make your mouth swell the dentist may want to take it out but i doubt that he/she will no what to do

Make an appointment to go to the Dentist...make sure when you talk to them, tell them how much it hurts...that way, they can get you in to be seen earlier.....good luck.........
