Just in case your suss as to why a 1000 litres of milk (and no not stolen), friend has a farm with plenty of cows and we thought we would try making our favourite cheese, which is feta and in large quantities, if it turns out good maybe we can make and sell it at the farm.

How did you come by thousands of litres of milk without a clue to making feta??
why Australian feta?
