I want the brand and the flavour please. For example, I like Heinz tomato soup but prefer Campbells chicken soup.

Include supermarket brands too if they are good.

In general I think Tescos soups are better than Asda and Sainsburys - do you agree? Also, what tinned soup have you had and think it is horrible?

There's a relatively new brand called (I think) Mariner that makes a superb clam chowder, although Baxter's is not bad either.

Tesco used to make an own brand Tuscan Bean Soup, which was slightly spicy and had a lot of tomato in it - I haven't looked for it for a while but remember it as great.

Baxter's Royal Game Soup (low on calories also!)

verify the aspects of the tin under the label for any crushing or bending. once you open the can, scent the soup intently for any unusual odors. once you pour the soup into the saucepan, seem on the lining of the can to verify for corrosion. If the can has been saved close to room temperature, it may be in good shape to be eaten after 2 years, yet is the cost nicely certainly worth the doubt? nutrition protection rule selection a million: whilst uncertain, THROW IT OUT

Hi!

I LOVE Campbell's soups!

The cream of mushroom is great with ham sandwiches dipped in it!

Celery is lovely with beef paste butties!!

Make a lovely shepherd's pie with some mince and one can of Campbell's vegetable soup (undiluted).

With their Italian tomato soup (undiluted), just add some chicken pieces and pasta - gorgeous!!

I like the fact that they do 'cream of' and '..% fat free' ones too is a bonus and I don't think any of the other manufacturers do.

What's yours?

It has to be Campbell's Cream of Chicken. mmmm just delicious on a cold winters day with a crispy baguette, curled up on the sofa and wrapped in a blanket with the fire blazing looking out at the rain.
