Only if we are willing to consider the vague possibility that 'Adam and Eve' represented only two of the first individuals of a much later stage of human evolution who represented a patriarchal/matriarchal society comprised of only one minority group of human beings. I doubt this one group of people were the only ones who have ever existed, since the probabilities much more strongly indicate many stages of the evolution of human development back through over 100,000 years of evolution. IF one goes so far as to consider the very first humanoid-type beings 'people' in the sense we think of humans now, that is.
One thing which seems highly likely is that since the so-called Garden of Eden does seem to have become recently 'placed' in Northern Africa, I'd find it most surprising if all human beings alive today did not bear traces of original mitochondrial DNA of the women living there after all. The problem becomes one of separating the great, powerful myth of Adam and Eve being the ONLY two persons in existence, who gave rise to all others in their particular tribe of individuals, from the far greater probability that we modern humans DID all originate from that area, but from multiple men and women all of a similar race and culture.
In short, your questions has a lot of 'yes' in the answer, and also some well-thought-out 'no' as well, considering how much scientific research has gone into this field of study over many years.

I would say Yes if it was possible to trace ones family tree back that far , Adam and Eve would be at the top of everyone’s list. The lord flooded the earth killing all of man kind but Noah his wife and Noah’s three sons and their wives, so we could trace back to them as well, but they too were related to Adam and Eve

Unfortunately the story of Adam and Eve is an ancient myth.
Besides, as developed as geneaology is it is reliant upon birth, deaths and marriages certificates, which as a general rule only go back to the medieval church.
So if you work really, really hard, you might trace your ancestry to about 1000 years ago or so.

No. Read your bible. Adam was the first man 'created in God's image'. There were others. Remember that when Adam and Eve were cast out of the Garden of Eden they had two sons, Cain and Able and probably more children too. They procreated with 'ordinary' men and women that God had populated Earth with.
Of course many of the stories in the bible were illustrative rather than true in an attempt to explain the unexplainable to the population. Other religions and civilizations had their own stories of the creation including our own modern day one who prefers the theory of evolution.
The stories of the creation are found in the first book of the Bible, Genesis and this together with Exodus, Leviticus, Deuteronomy and Numbers comprise the first five books in the bible, attributed as being written by Moses as a history and guidance to the law to the Israelites.

No, this is wishful thinking by certain religious groups. The whole story of Adam and Eve can't even be proved, let along tracing of DNA to 2 "original" people..

Well we did all come from Adam and Eve but our technology does not let us date our ancestry that far back. It's kind of hard to do that too..

ADAM AND EVE ARE THE ANCESTRY LINE OF THE HEBREW RACE. THIS IS WHY JESUS' LINEAGE CAN BE TRACED BACK THAT FAR. IN GENESIS IT TALKS ABOUT MAN AND WOMAN BEING CREATED AND THEN IT TALKS ABOUT ADAM AND EVE.

Eve was cloned from Adams rib. They had 2 sons, Cain and Abel, Cain slew Abel and went into the Land of Nod and begat himself a wife. She was not the only person living in the Land of Nod. She was not a child of Adam or Eve, she had her own family line, so not everyone is descended from Adam and Eve, even if anyone is.

Sure we are all linked to that long ago, but tracing it that far from your family tree, "for example" is not possible. But my parents had parents and theirs had parents, and so on and so on. So suddenly i'm asking a question, When did it all start? It's way too deep and WAY too long ago. What was the question again? lol
