it cant tell in few words or any thing else but it should be self experinced,for example when we always think about some specific person,etc...we can decide there is a love on that person

if u really wanna check someone out or found out wheather he/she loves u try finding out more about him/her from his/her
family or friends .like about his nature ,behaviour with others.
