rubber is made by using latex of rubber plant.it is a trees byproduct it is 1st very smooth but it is made hard by using a technique called vulcanisation.by using sulphur it is made possible.so its so simple.

Rubber is made from latex of rubber plant:

Everyday morning they make cut on the plant to remove little outerskin, then take the milk and mix with acid and water then keep in a tray (white colour) then next day they put into a machine to remove its water contents then dry it, then sent to factory for process. The factory makes tyres,etc.

There is another way of process of direct latex into rubber without doing all the above process to make medical gloves, condom etc. of vargin rubber and more...

people take out gum stuff from the tree and then they make rubber
