Ingredients:-
-1/4 kg paneer
-2 onions,ground to paste
-4 tomatoes,pureed
-1/2 cup curd,beaten
-1 cup fresh cream,beaten
-1/2 tsp jeera
-1 tsp red chilli powder
-1/4 turmeric powder
-1/2 garam masala powder
-salt to taste
-few coriander leaves,finely chopped
-ghee
Method:-
1) Cut the paneer into small squares.
2) Heat ghee in a pan and fry paneer pieces light brown.
3) Remove and keep aside.In remaining ghee add jeera,fry and add ground onion,fry till brown.
4) Add turmeric powder,saute then add chilli powder.
5) Add tomato puree
6) Fry well.
7) Add curd,saute add salt ,garam masala and fresh cream,mix well.
8) Add water,cover and cook.
9) When it starts boiling add the paneer pieces.
10) Cook for a while.
11) Transfer in a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves.

paneer - 20 cubes
tomatoes - 1/2 kg (puree)
onions - 7 medium size
garam masala - 1 tsp
chilli powder - 2 tsp
ginger-garlic paste - 3 to 4 tsp
coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
dhania powder - 2 tsp
cream - 1/2 cup
red colour powder - 1 tsp
ghee - 3 to 4 tsp
oil and salt
Instructions:
Fry paneer in ghee until it becomes golden brown and dip the paneer cubes in hot
water immediately so that they will be soft.
Fry onions in oil till golden brown and add the chilli powder, garam masala and
ginger garlic paste.
Put the dhania powder in the gravy two times in the ratio 1:1
Now add the tomato puree to the gravy and allow it to boil.
Now add the paneer cubes to the masala, sprinkle the food colour and allow it to
boil for 5 more mins.
Add the coriander leaves after switching the gas and decorate it with fresh cream.

Quick and easy recipe
Oil - 1 small cup
Bay leaf - 1 no.
Dry red chilli - 2-3
Jeera - 1 tsp.
Dhania (full seeds) - few
Cloves - 2-3 nos.
Cardamom - 1 piece
Black cardamom - 1 piece
Cooking butter - 250 gms.
Medium size onions - 3-4
Medium size tomatoes - 5-6
Paneer - 200 gms.
Cottage cheese - 250 gms.
Green chillies - 2-3
Salt - 3 small levelled spoons
Red chilli powder - 1 small spoon
Garam masala - 1 small spoon
Turmeric powder - ¼ spoon
Tomato puree - 100 gms.
Jeera powder - 1 spoon
Green coriander - ½ bunch
Ginger, garlic paste - 1 spoon
Method:
Make a paste of onions. Grind separately tomatoes and green chillies. Take oil in a pan and add the onion paste to it. Add three spoons of salt. Stir till it is golden brown. Keep it aside. Cut the paneer into small cubes and fry them to a golden colour. Take a pan and add cooking butter to it. Add jeera, red chilli, dhania seeds, bay leaf, cardamom and cloves to it. Now add the onion paste with tomato paste and ginger, garlic paste. Fry till the butter comes on top of the gravy. Add the paneer and cottage cheese and mix well. Keep stirring for a few minutes. All the excess water will evaporate and butter will float on top of the dish. Add jeera powder and garnish the dish with coriander leaves.

Butter Paneer Masala
Ingredients
200 gms Paneer
2 medium sized Tomatoes
1 cup Pudina
2 bunches of fresh Methi
3 Onions
2 gms Cashews
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
4 Red Chillies
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp Garam masala
Salt
Red color
1/2 Butter stick
2 tbsp Oil
Method:
Pressure cook Methi, Pudina, Red chillies, 2 onions, tomatoes.
Grind them to a smooth paste. Grind cashews to a smooth paste.
Cut Paneer to small cubes. Don't fry them.
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it.
Next add onions and fry well till the onion changes its colour. Grind them to a smooth paste.
Then add some more oil in the pan, fry onion - ginger paste. When it leaves oil add methi paste, kaju paste, salt turmeric, Garam masala & food colour. Boil it for 3 minutes. Lastly add paneer cubes and boil it for 5 minutes. At the end add butter.
Serve hot with parathas or puris.

Paneer Butter Masala

Ingredients
Paneer cubes 25 gms
jeera 1tsp
elachi 4nos
elachi black 4nos
lavang 4 slice
ginger 1 piece
garlic 1 flake
tomato 1 med
Onion 1 med
haldi powder 1/8th tsp
red chillie powder 1 tsp
garam masala powder 2 pinches
kasuthimethi leaves 3 pinches
cashew(whole) 5-8 nos
butter 2 tbls
sugar 2 pinches
salt & coriander leaves to taste.
Method
Grind jeera, elachi lavang to dry powder. Add to it ginger garlic and soaked cashews grind together.
Grind tomato and Onion raw.
Take butter in a vessel. Fry the onion paste then add the tomato paste fry and finally add the masala paste fry until oil leaves the sides.
Add haldi powder, garam masala, red chillie powder and kasuthi methi leaves.
Mix in tsp of water the orange color and add 1/2 a cup of water, salt and sugar and cook for 15mts.
garnish with coriander leaves and remaining butter.
Serve hot with Naan or Pita bread.

grind onion,kaju,cardamom,cloves,cinnamon,ginger,garlic to paste.grind tomato to paste.take panner cubes soak in hot water,before adding to gravy mix tandoori color to it.
In a put oil fry onion paste till good smell comes. then add tomato paste mix it well.add salt to taste,red chilly pd mix well boil till oil floats on top.add milk instead of water.add panner cubes, some fresh cream,some kasuri methi [opt]. boil it till thick.
