Frpm a guys perspective its a good sign if the girl texts or calls first. Texting would probably be better as lets less formal. Most guys will give it a few days before speaking again and are put off if the girl texts the next day. Might be an idea to text him saying hi and asking him if he'll be there next week as you'll be there with a few friends and would be cool to catch up.

Personally speaking Id wait for him to contact me - chances are hes maybe leaving it until nearer next weekend to see if you'll be out again - if you hear nothing by Friday, Id kinda think that maybe hes not that interested - then its up to you to decide whether or not you like him enough to send him a text - keep it simple and light though. I really hope he does contact you though xx

I think you need to wait. He's got your number besides you need time to get over six years of involvement. Grow independently for a while before diving back in.

You can make yourself miserable by waiting for him to call or you can call him. You two may get on or you may not, but you will never know if you don't try. Put it this way, the ball is in the court for you both.

Are you the type who feels comfortable being the 1st to contact, then you go ahead. I think it should be a positiv change, why should we always expect guys to approch??

Do you want to see him again? Text him and ask him if he'd like to meet up. Otherwise, if you are enjoying the dating scene right now, don't bother, enjoy your new-found singledom.

Do what ever you feel comfortable with!

Don't do this game playing stuff though-start as you mean to go on! And hey this probably sounds stupid but if it's meant to be then it will be!
