THE BEST WAY to learn is the offical sites for immigration no .com sites.

it is not easy. i moved from the us to there with a degree and a canadian spouse. i went back to the usa. not very kind imo to immigrants and hard to get work in your field even with a high degree. they prefer canadian born people first.

www.cic.gc.ca is the immigration site with forms and questions and etc. etc etc.

www.canada.gc.ca is the govt of canada site spend a lot of time reading before you apply.

www.international.gc.ca

and go to the ministry of foreign affairs site
www.dfait.gc.ca i think.
