I have respect for all faiths.
Christianity is my FIRST LOVE.
My faith tells me that it's not what one has done.
It's what they are doing now, and in the future that matters.
Spiritual people make the same mistakes as everyone else.
The difference is, they own up to them, and make them right.
AA, (Alcoholics Anonymous), taught me some things about
making amends.
Don't try to make up if it only makes it worse.
It takes time to heal. So give one a little time.
We don't have to make up immediaitely. Or even say sorry.
Just keep loving the person. Forgive, and FORGET!

their is worst to be forgiven i am sure ,of course apologize to him, this is your name or person you have hurt the most,if you say:" i will come": and you don't ,your credibility will be in doubt.Next time you go see him coach bring a coffee or whatever he likes and he will know you are sorry and you will be back as a credible person.Your brother loves you and this way he will love you more, good luck.

Just tell him, how much you wanted to see that game, but you really have to keep up with your homework, because if you don't, you 'll never reach HIS level.

Apologize profusely, explain about your homework (and show it to him, to prove you aren't making up a story), promise to go next time, and keep your promise.
