Why do the courts give you jail for stealing, but let sex offenders off with counselling ?

The legal system is a joke, I was at court for kicking the **** out of two ar*eholes who tried to attack me (they ran into their house when they couldn't get the better of me and called the police - but that's another story), There were two sex offenders on trial that day, one had raped 11 people, including an 11 year old girl, his excuse to the judge was that he couldn't help himself ( He pleaded guilty and got 6 months probation and counselling !!! - no jail). The other was a peadophile who was charged with molesting 7 children, he got bailed (let out) to reappear a few weeks later. These scum should have the c**ks cut off and left to bleed to death.
Does everyone agree, there should be more vigilantes if the police and courts are not doing the right thing.

You cannot expect a system built to destroy you to save you. In one small village I lived in a guy was caught fiddling with kiddies and so he was tortured for 3 days and then strung up from the eaves of his house. Dead. Good Riddance.The police in the nearby town found out about it and do you know what they did? Nothing. Do you know what they said? "Good! It saves us a lot of time and hassle." This was in New Zealand. Where child sex offenders have to be segregated from the general prison population or they never make it out again.

I couldn't agree more. Here in California a few years ago a Superior Court Judge was removed from the bench because child pornography was found on his court house and home computers. It was never released whether or not this judge actually had inappropriate physical contact with children but it is not a stretch to say that he probably did. The story was hushed up rather quickly in the local media however a conservative talk radio personality followed the case well after the rest of the media lost interest and the judge was only sentenced to probation.

Counselling LOL.You have no clue. The answer to your question is that ultimately that is the reality of the world today: some call it end times, evil is ruling. It is a total Abomination.There is way more evil in the world than good. But it's only because of the small percentage of good that there is still hope. There has always been evil throughout history but never like this. At the end of the day if there was more ppl like you & me (good ppl) in the world, there would be no talk whatsoever, we will proper kill all of the evil, put things right, do it our way, protect the innocent & vulnerable: animals, children, women, elderly & anyone else who is. Because NO ONE cares about kids getting rapped, touched, being made to touch and another disgusting thing that a pedophile can do to a child. It is a ploy used to get your VOTE then tossed in the trash mu child who was molested by a 17yr old female was not even questioned and had prior accusations, now Child Services let her move across the street from us after sending us to a place that only Child Ser. can send for abused kids. Can you honestly see anyone just being given counselling for 11 counts of Rape,when the mandatory sentence for just one is Five Years.

you are right to be angry, hell they don't even prosecute sex offenders against children in Utah if the family even knows any criminals they won't prosecute the molester. I mean even if they don't now or ever have had any criminal charges against them. I know it happened to my 5 yr old granddaughter, and because my roommate had some old drug charge he served his time on they would not prosecute the man(a different man) I saw molesting my granddaughter. So if you are sure and witnessed a crime you better not know anyone who has ever been in trouble or they won't prosecute. I still have had no luck in having the man prosecuted. I myself have never been in any trouble in my life. hard to believe huh?

Its down to the beielf that putting a sex offender in jail wont cure him, it may stop him temporarily., it wont teach him a lesson, I agree with you, for some people they should just have physical harm done to them. locked in a public square for anyone to have a go at them would sound a good start.
