Tell me first your definition of god? I don't think there is a god as you think it exists. If you talk about powers above us, I belive in that. George Bush is more power full than me. Osama Bin laden in more powerful than me. There are many more animals like this, powerful than me. I believe that earth is not the only dwelling place, there can be beings in some other planets with more powers and control than us. Is there anybody who got absolute power? Hard to believe and conceptualize because the law what I see around doesn't allow me to believe that. Possibility cannot be ruled out the existence of power in higher forms. But, that also can't be the god what you think as.

Hi Mary Rose!! :o) I hope you're OK. YES - I believe there really is a God. One of the greatest hurdles that any human has to overcome in his or her quest to find God is to NOT let MAN get in the way. But God [of the Bible] promises that anyone who seeks Him - will find Him. So keep looking!! Have a great day!! Craig!! :o)

yes GOD exists. look out a window at all the glories in the sky and on this earth we enjoy. just because we can't see GOD does not mean HE doesn't exist. no one has seen the wind yet everyone has seen the effect of the wind. therefore all know the wind exists even though it can not be seen. so it is with GOD.

Depends on what you believe in. There are Gods in many religions and faiths, and so if you believe in any of them, there is likely to be a God described in them.

Look around you, Do you really believe that all you see just kinda happened? What a ridiculous theory. Even the rocks and trees cry out of God.

I wish I knew, but from what my grandmother tells me, there is. This is her story to me: She came to US before I was born and brought her 4 kids with her mom. Actually 5, but 1 was a still-born. She had 3 full time jobs while the kids were going to school and the eldest which is my mom, took the role of their mom. My grandmother would get beat by her in-laws while she was their maid all the time, worked as a dish washer and constantly dosed off into the sink getting soap all over her face, and in the mornings worked at a snack shop that was owned by her soon to be boyfriend. She would only get 2 to 3 hours of rest per day and did that for many years. The candy store she worked at was owned by an old man that sympathized her and knew of her situation so he offered her to stay at his house with her children. He had a big house and rented out studios there. The main part where they stayed had 2 bedrooms and a big living room with a kitchen. A few years later, her son went abroad to college in cali and died in a car accident. He went to my moms dream somehow and told her that he had to leave them and cried. He says he didn't have much time, but was so worried about his family and his mom because he was the only and eldest son. In korean tradition, the son is the most valued in the family. Well to make a long story short, he showed her how to get to his place because he wrote a letter and wanted them to see it, I think it was a Christmas letter. She woke up and thought nothing of it, but wrote down the address anyway. That morning, while she was working in the international marketplace in oahu, she got a call from the police in the mainland telling her the news of her brother. They probably got the info from the hospital. She paniced and left the shop without even closing it and went on the first flight there. She clearly remembered the dream and the directions he gave her like she was still in the dream. Found the letter and his belongings. (He was really struggling there I guess, but didn't want the family to know or worry.) From then on, my grandmother who was a religious person lost her faith and cried every night for 11 years? This I found out from my aunt who lived with us. I was just a baby that time. She cried out loud and prayed to God for so many nights after because she was so hurt, but had nowhere else to express her sorrows and turned back to God. Exhausted, she asked God, "Why are you doing this to me? I've been so faithful to you for so many years and have only given you my best, what have I done wrong?" Then that night, a loud voice came from above like it was coming from outside, but was so clear and strong. My grandmother and aunt awoke startled and confused. The voice said,"Don't worry, don't worry, I'll be there for you, don't worry. My child, I've been watching you for so long and you will have a kingdom in heaven, don't worry. Keep praying everyday and go to church." He then showed himself to her with the two angels by his side. My aunt couldn't see him, but heard the voices and was just speechless. My grandmother told me that the light was so bright, brighter than the sun, but didn't hurt to look at. She gave me the description of what he looked and that I won't tell you because you probably wouldn't believe me anyways. From then on, she treated me like her own son and still calls me her lovely son sometimes:) The old man that owned the house died and left everything he owned to my grandmother because he had no relatives besides us. He also loved her. Now my aunt owns a very successful restaurant, my mom has several businesses, my other aunt has her masters degree and makes good money as a social worker. She's actually the boss there:) As for my sis and I, well that's a different story. We haven't found our success yet, but she's trying to get her degree to become a RN(registered nurse) and I try to guide her so she doesn't go off track. She's struggling right now and so am I, but we are strong in the mind:) Hope this loooong letter gives you some hope! Oh, my grandmother now lives in her own condo and enjoys life by herself:) She had a few illnesses that were detected early so she got them cured and has migranes now and then, but seems to be in good health. I love my grandma:)

No. The God concept is flawed.
Look around you, why the hell would an all powerful, all knowing creator make so many mistakes.

yes, there is a God, but it all depends with how you were brought up, as a christian or as an atheist. we all choose to beleive on different things during our different stages in life due to what we go through every now and then. but beleive me, there is a God out there.
