It depends on your beliefs. If you don't have anything against it - masterbation is one way for relief. If you are against that - then I would suggest chocolate and lots of activity. If you keep yourself active - it won't cross your mind as much. Physical activity is always good, but reading, writing and other mental challenges can help as well. Chocolate is a feel good food - it helps calm you in times of stress. But too much isn't a good thing - so don't load up on it - just use it in emergency situations.

..lol..it's easy maybe you get addicted to that already...my advice to you is that...try get involve more on other activities other than that..like get into sports..just make yourself busy this might help you to forget about making love...go out and hang-out with your friends..or for more and better solution try to consult a psychologist...
