You'll find lots of people on Yahoo Answers who are asking this same question because they've gone through it and it's not working for them.

I think that if it works, it must do so through some sort of placebo effect. I could be wrong... but I think that if you believe it works, then it will work. You lack faith in the process.... so perhaps it won't work for you.

Now common sense tells me that it won't work. It doesn't make sense that a person could hit the right nerve to deaded it, etc. I place it in the same category as Chiropractic and Hypnosis. It's Gobbledegook magic.

We're certain that acupuncture will give you them. See me above all else at Sabine Acupuncture, and then I'll relieve you of them.

to be honest, you need to resolve the reason for these pins and needles before seeking alternative therapies. I suggest you consult your GP or another Health Care Professional with appropriate qualifications.

Hope this is helpful

hahahahaha sorry but this made me laugh.
but on a more serious note, maybe, acupuncture is used to unblock the meridian lines that run through our body which can help alleviate pain and other symptoms.
so it is possible that it might work.

assuming you have been to see your GP and tried to establish the problem and cause, acupuncture may help, and won't do any harm so why not try it. Good luck
