the limit is put on there so you get use to the site and also to give you an incentive to aim for higher levels. if there were no limit we could have 'trolls' in here asking question after question that makes no sense or answering with senseless answers. those that really want to help out will work to get to level 2 and higher.

You earn the right to ask as many or answer as many times as you wish by earning the points and getting to a level that allows you to do so. It takes lots of time and effort, mostly answering questions and earning 2 pts. at a time. Especially if you don't get chosen for the best answer. But I'm beyond those stages now so I just keep answering and it gives me something to do to pass time and stimulates my once inquisitvie mind that has now turned to indifference..........
