Vitamins do work, but the primary source you will need for hair to grow are really minerals. For a woman: Zinc, Calcium and Iron. Scalp massages will work, but you will have better effect by using a good natural bristle brush and brushing your hair at least 100 times each evening.

Good luck.

Don't try vitamins. A lot of my friends found out the hard way that some vitamins they where allergic too. All you need to do is to message your scalp with the balls of your fingers with an excellent hair dressing of your choice. This will cause the blood to circulate to your hair follicles promoting hair growth.

I think there are no products or magic tricks to have your hair growing faster, besides the expensive extensions. The only one I know about is to always have it cut on a crescent moon day. This is also used to increase the production of some crops and is true for any growing part of the human body (nails, body hair..)
