Anger Management.
Let me test you now…
Truth is said to consist in the agreement of knowledge with the object. According to this mere verbal definition, then, my knowledge, in order to be true, must agree with the object. Now, I can only compare the object with my knowledge by this means, namely, by taking knowledge of it. My knowledge, then, is to be verified by itself, which is far from being sufficient for truth. For as the object is external to me, and the knowledge is in me, I can only judge whether my knowledge of the object agrees with my knowledge of the object.
See not so bad eh…

make peace with your self. Finding peace in yourself is
about liking yourself. Most people are their own worst enemy.
Instead off accepting our natural limitation we often struggle against our self. When a person accepts their limitations in what they like and dislike then you can make peace with yourself.
If however if some person makes you upset and angry it's
a matter of getting an apology or ending the friendship.

Try singing! I've read in the news that it helps to relieve stress more than anything out there. Go sing at the karaoke room with some friends and have some fun:)

Stay away from the things or people that irrate you. Go for a walk or do the deep breathing technics and listen to relaxation tapes. I find when i feel myself getting angry especially with my children at times i remove myself from the situation until i calm down then go back and deal with the problem. Otherwise count to ten and take a deep breath in and exhale.

Only YOU can help yourself. It's a mental thing. NO ONE can make you angry or sad, unless YOU allowed them to. Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but YOURSELF can free your mind. Let it go, forgive and forget. Why let all these nonsensical things destroy our moods and life? The next time it happens, take some slow deep breaths ... and walk away ... feeling better :-) Cheers!

Identify the root cause of anger.
Work on the cause of that anger. If it has stemmemed from past history of abuse(physical/verbal/sexual). Speak to someone whom you can confide.verbalising your emotion reduces your anger. The final step has to be made by the victim to leave the past behind and to move on.Join volunteeer groups who helps other victims of abuse. When your efforts begin to change other people's life.It will bring joy back into your life.
By forgiving people who have hurt us in the past.It is very important for the completre resolution of anger.
Identifying means of relieving anger for something creative.
