My personal experience is that it is an impossibility which shall never ever be realized by me.
Credit Bureaus are designed by mankind to keep the peon's like you and I down, and they shall do it forever, no matter how hard you try to change it.
Do you know that they will not even accept a phone call from you to dispute there inaccuracy's even if you are paying the long distance call.
It is better to live life with out wishing for impossibility's such as having great credit, however if you have valuables worth more than the loan you wish to seek, you can always obtain a secured loan if you wish to borrow money.
other wise just focus your efforts on obtaining wealth with out credit, and once you have obtained your goal, then the credit bureaus will work for you to keep all of the other poor hard working slobs down, although by then you will no longer need, or wish for credit.

Here are a few tips:
1. Dispute the accounts that you have issues with in the middle of November. They have 30 days to respond and December is a busy time of the year.
2. Use http://www.mycreditadvise.com to learn more tips on how to repair your credit.
Good Luck!

very carefully and it takes time. take out a small loan (if you can get one) like say $1000 and pay it off early and make sure every month it's on time. pay off whatever debts you have. then like 6 months later get applications from all the credit bureaus to put in that you've paid off items, sometimes they can wipe them off your credit report, but it can cost you in fees. get a credit building credit card, premiere bankcard has a good one, but there will be a low limit and monthly/yearly fees. so you might have to pay that and it isn't exactly cheap but it will boost your credit scores.

One. declared yourself bankrupt. In ten years, if you don't write bad checks, you'r history will clear up.
and Two: call all the places where you owe, and tell them that you'r going to pay, but less than what they expect it! That you are trying!!
