I smoke everything..

I used to live with 3 smokers in Phila. I would steal some of thier Cig.
When they run out of Cig. and $ I would offer them Cig if they cook.

Its like a barbeque, and you put a special smoking mix, usually herbs and certian woods on the hot coals, then close the lid, and wait till it is cooked, will take on the flavours of the smoke.

Tell him when he goes out for a pack of smokes to bring you a little something or you wont let him smoke in the house anymore!

see what kind of smoker you have and go to thier web page... they usually have user guides, recipes, and more information on your particular brand...
