Seeds are the plants way of reproducing. The seedless variety are bred to please us as we dont like having to spit seeds out!

Without your seeded grapes in the 1st place, you have nothing to modify into seedless ones.

Good question...
I like grape seed oil as much as I like the grapes...So growing the grapes has a significant second choice to growing grapes with seeds.
