discovery dot com home page you will find lots of recipes, now you did mention mexican? keep in mind that the color of the mexican flag is RED,WHITE AND GREEN (red is for tomatoes,white is for onion,and green is for jalapenos and cilantro) JALAPENOS?!, the trick for cooking with jalapenos without the heat coming from the peppers, is under running water,break open the jalapenos and remove the seeds,the seeds is what forms the heat,without the seeds the heat is to a minimum....goodluck
