We quarrel the day before she died, and the next morning she's gone. I never had a chance to apologise to her and tell her I love her.

Just read this poem and you will know

Ascension
And if I go,
while you're still here...
Know that I live on,
vibrating to a different measure
--behind a thin veil you cannot see through.
You will not see me,
so you must have faith.
I wait for the time when we can soar together again,
--both aware of each other.
Until then, live your life to its fullest.
And when you need me,
Just whisper my name in your heart,
...I will be there.

Even just saying it out loud when you're on your own, she'll be with you. It depends what you believe in but if you watch those programs where someone talks to people who have passed over and the relatives on the otherside don't worry about arguments and little things like that anymore. If you are actually sorry í think she'll know.

right now your grandma are always watching you, she is always listening to you, even though she is in heaven she is still watching you, get a pink baloon tie a letter on it and let fly up in the sky and maybe your grandma will take the baloon and the letter and read it, you know that your grandma love you, and you love her too, so just say im sorry grandma...

I am sure she died in peace and with no hurt feelings about the quarrel.
But to make you feel better go to her last resting place, and tell her everything and how you feel. Ask for a sign from god.

Quit worrying, she already knows your sorry!, quit punishing yourself, if you believe in god, love and understanding, then you should know your grandma forgives you

She already knows. :x And she understands. Just talk to her as if she's still there, because she hears you.

i think that she already knows...but anyway you can always write a letter and burn it with matches, then blow the ashes to the wind, so that your words will reach to her.
