My ball came with a chart but I had to do the exercises that suited my needs.
Ab crunches-Mid back with hands behind your head, push your butt up with your legs to align your back with the ball (100 crunches)
Leg presses - (inner thigh) Place the ball midway between your knees and press knees together, hold for count of 6 and release (50 reps)

Then there is the sit ups, push ups and what not. GOOD LUCK!
