Dude, spin is an excellent calorie burner. If your a novice start with a beginners class, otherwise it may be alittle too intense. But it is an extremely enjoyable class.

I´ve tried it! It´s not that hard. Just talk to you spinning instructor and tell him/her that you´re new on it. At the beginning you won´t be able to follow the class, so u just do it in you own rhythm, until you get used to it.

Yes lots of times,Its not that hard and you no your own limitations so like going to any class dont over do it to the point where your not enjoying it.

no1 get padded shorts
find a beginners class its a great way to keep challenging yourself, the fiitter you get the harder you can push. the harder you push the lighter you become. Everyone's a winner. good luck.
