Listen to his side first, then intergrate your side in the conversation. First be quiet and listen to what he's saying.
"Seek first to understand, then to be understood..."
~ by Stephen Covey
People want to be understood. If you argue your point all the time, no one feels understood and ideas are harder to be put into action. ANY IDIOT CAN ARGUE! The whole world seems to place a huge importance on debate...and being able to destroy other people's points of view with your logic and wit.
But that's not strength. Like I said: any idiot can argue. Not 1 in 1000 people can REALLY consider another person's opinion as being the right one. Even fewer can actually stop and say to themselves: "I'm positive that I'm 110% right and that other person is wrong, but who knows? Maybe I am wrong. Let me consider their point and listen to what they need to express."
Now that is real strength.

Males and Females belong to different cultures that have evolved since the biginning of Man (meaning woman too). These cultures are referred to as Genders. It is quite possible you will never make the other gender understand because it belongs to a wholly different culture.

your side of... what? a situation? if he's someone who listens, talk to him about it. If not, um... I dunno, beat 'im up until he's willing to listen? KIDDING!!! personally, I have found that talking can fix almost ANY problem, and I MEAN ANY. so give it a shot. If he's not willing to talk and listen, then he's not a very understanding guy and I say you might consider moving on. sounds harsh, but hey, we want as little pain as possible, right?

There are so many ways but i guess good communication is the best way!.....when i say good...it means not argumentative it should be constructive...be able to accept criticisms and suggestions....compromise is the next thing to do!....express yourself as clearly as you can....and talk to him straight from the heart..he'll definitely sense the depth of your sincerity.

You need to be open and honest with him. if you talk to him about it, he'll respect you more that you be honest.
