I sleep in the fetal position, I always have and my neck is curled inward toward my body. I have started to notice that my shoulders are are also curving in (even when I am not asleep) do you suppose this is because of the position I sleep in? I can't fall asleep unless I am all curled up though....how should i change?

that usualy means your insecure so you best to let go of them before bed, some believe we need to b facing north so our bodys straighten out

your matress would have more effect on your posture than your sleeping position

i sleep anyway i want. but i sleep on a recliner sometimes. for some reason its more comfortable...hmm...but i have good posture.
