Depends on many factors:
Windspeed,
Weight of aircraft,
Speed of aircraft and
Altitude

A Boeing 747 burns 3,600 gallons of fuel per hour and flies at 500miles per hour. (See link below)

So it takes about 7gallons per mile or about 5gallons per kilometer.

Also depends on the aircraft, a BAE Lightning would use loads of fuel in comparison to a modern airliner over the same distance.
