A few years ago I used the services of a solicitor to sue another laywer. We managed to settled out of court for the amount of AUD$32.000.
I recieved AUD$10.000 and the solicitor kept AUD$22.000.
I would like to get some advice on how I maybe able to get the full amount I was entitled too.
I can't believe he would charge me AUD$22.000.
Only serious answers please.

You just want to sue everyone! That was their cut of the money, they would have put it in the fine print. That is how they are paid. You could try to sue them and lose another bunch of cash to another lawyer. Get off the roundabout and invest the money you have wisely.

Very clever to regularise the region. You possibly desire to grant him a advantageous activity in the internet proceeds of sale? which would be achieved very only via commencing off in writing what his activity in the valuables is (eg: it quite is agreed that Jim has x% activity in the internet proceeds of sale via distinctive function of his contributions in direction of the valuables). lodge the checklist on your economic corporation for risk-free retaining in spite of the undeniable fact that, you may get married wherein case he has an computerized real because of the fact the valuables is then a kinfolk homestead. All i might say is that this; evaluate very very heavily what you pick to grant; in 5 years time the placement would look very distinctive and you do not desire to act in haste and repent at entertainment. The CCJ value isn't a correct component notwithstanding there would come a component the place the judgement creditor would attempt to rigidity a sale despite if it is not paid off. Edit: it quite is regulation in England & Wales - there is not any separate regulation for Wales.
