In Islam, the gruesome hell-keeper is known as Archangel Malik, the angel of hell which punishes the sinful humans and the distrustful Satans with no mercy since that what God has commanded them to do.Do Christians and Jews have their own believes in this?share your comments...

Hell was created to imprison the devil and his demons. Humans who ally themselves with Satan instead of God go there.
Since Satan is being imprisoned in hell, he is obviously not the hell-keeper. Jesus holds the keys of hell, but we do not really have a "hell-keeper" because hell-fires and separation from God are punishment enough.

Christians and Jews don't believe in anything like this. Most other religions don't either.

The Grim Reaper (which many Pagans believe exists) does not fit in this category. In ancient Greek mythology, there was a boatman who a deceased person's family placed coins on his eyes to pay the fare into the afterlife, but again, this was not a hell-keeper.

in Christianity I imagine that it would be the Devil, Satan, Lucifer what ever you want to call him.

As for Judaism its a very different view of hell than Christianity and Islam but even a Jewish hell dose not have a hell-keeper, One might argue that it would be the angel of death, but he has no control over hell. So the answer would be G-d himself.

Christians keep telling us that God has nothing to do with Hell and that he is loving and forgiving. How can he command torture, that would be hypocrisy.
