I was sick and got a lot of sleep, I got out of bed at 1:00pm on the 1st. I'm just now sleepy put would have to get up around 5:00am.
If I go to bed now I would not be able to get up at 5, I have tried to only sleep for 20 Min's one time but couldn't get up then it was time.

Sounds like you are not feeling sleepy when you should. You should get your 8 plus hours of sleep. I don't understand why you want to stay up all night when you have to get up at 5am. Drinking coffee or tea masks of what your body needs and that's sleep. We need our sleep to be able to live a long healthy life. Whatever you do in your 24hrs just try to fit in your 8 or so hours sleep then you won't have to rely on stimulants like coffee (which in the long run ain't healthy).

Tough it out. Tea or coffee.

Or just take a sick day and go in late. Get four hours of sleep.

Go to sleep and don't get up at 5. I usually drink coffee, but you still will feel tired.
