Well, there are literally hundreds of thousands of retail sites out there so its impossible to say, but an educated guess would be no, they won't. The only circumstance I can think of that they might is if you had a commercial account with what they call "terms", meaning they trust your continued business so much, they'll give you 30, 60 or 90 days to pay, but this isn't likely the answer to your question.
