i work for the railways, run by the government, best job i ever had.

Since i know of no place on EARTH without some kind of Government i will happily and confidently say that all living peoples on Earth are working for governments even if they are appearently unemployed.

I worked in local government, sports and recreation to rates.
My final job was summonsing those default on rate payments.
Garnisheeing wages etc.
Contrary to other replies, I did work. Lots of work for those that thought they didn't have to pay. Just like myself and everyone else, everyone has to pay.
