Everyone has a role to play in this world. And everything that a person has done builds up to the next day. So if you want to make a change in this world you must start with the bottom and work your way up. No matter if that is by improving yourself, or giving to the community. The biggest thing a teen can give to the world would be open understanding. To know what they want to change in this world and work toward it.

Definitely yes.
Teens are human beings, they have the right and the power to change the world.
First of all, they should learn to know what is truly a human being, how long is the stage of teen, and how the world should be changed to reasonably suit not only teens, but also babies, youth, adults and aged people all over the globe.
As for learning, they should give much attention to the advices of pure, loving and wise people (such as parents, relatives, neighbors, teachers, good friends...) in order to gain true knowledge to develop their bodies, minds and souls.
Then they can act to make the change of this world. Actions means to think good, to say good and to do good based on what they have learnt.
Wish for your success, happiness and progress.

I would say set your goals and standards high, and never compromise your reputation,be honest even if it hurts,be true to yourself and your word.If you tell someone you are going to do something do it always keep your word.Trust but don't be naive. Aways be yourself, never try to be something you are not to try impress someone. Respect your elders you can learn a lot from them. Be proud of your country and respect the Flag and what it stands for. And if you are a religious person, let God be number 1 in all you do and you will change the world and be an example to others.

Yes. They are there to scare and offend their family, terrorise their neighbours, generally be a total nuisance and rebel against all the accepted norms of society, until they become twenty, at which point they settle down and become like everybody else - only more consevative.
