That would depend... If the guy looks good with that Adam's apple, it will not matter but if the guy looks awful or if the Adam's apple reduced his physical beauty, that would suck. Anyway, many women don't care about Adam's apples actually. In most cases, Adam's apple do not affect a man's being manly...

Ok, like everything, some' apples are kinda cute and lovely when they are round or egg-shaped, with a liittle bit pinky complexion...and the skin of it is flat.. But remember, apples are only apples, like ******* are always ******* themself, nothing more

Kinda, yes. Its nice to drive a guy crazy when u kiss is. BUT if it doesn't soot the guy or its too prominent, it cud turn me off.

I don't really notice them, however some people have really prominent adam's apple's and they are really unattractive...you can always get surgery to remove/reduce them! hehe

not too big coz it tend to distract the facial features of the guy. Just a little bump would be ok. :)
