I am having a hard time finding the Jazz genre I want to listen to. Its close to big band. Five saxes- 2 tenor- 2 alto- baritone, four or five bones with a bass, and five trumpets. Any recordings/bands would be of assistance.

What you just described is a big band set up. Glenn Miller, Cannonball Adderly, Dizzie Gillespie, Duke Ellington all were people that led big groups like that, and those are just the big name guys. There were tons of others that are out there.
