many factors contribute 2 your choice of antivirus, type of operating system(AVG free works with pirated windows but the paid version dosent),anti-virus company`s database, efficiency of the software and what type of virus u r dealing with.

ps do a net search for the best anti-virus it`ll help.

some cool antiviruses:

1. Kaspersky Antivirus Personal

2. Panda Anti-Virus Titanium & Platinum

3. NOD32 Anti-Virus

4. Command Antivirus

5. McAfee Antivirus VirusScan Online

Antivirus to Stay Away from:

AVG Antivirus
eTrust EZ Anti-Virus for Home
McAfee VirusScan Pro
Norman Antivirus Virus Control
Norton Anti-Virus
Sophos

Norton: A bloated program that some claim is easily disabled.

Macafee faces the same problems, but it's better in my mind.

Avast isn't that good... it's kinda slow and had a bad detection engine. gets things only about 63% of the time, but it is free.

Eset is a good choice. Nod32 has done well over time.

AVG is decent i guess

But my personal is Kaspersky

evade AVG (unfastened version). that's wildly universal with infants and the pc illiterate yet has traditionally had the backside virus detection value of each and every of the universal unfastened anti-virus courses. Plus AVG WILL decelerate maximum underpowered computers...and any pc under approximately $1200.00 would be serverely underpowered and appropriate frequently for infants. you could desire to no longer be waiting to do plenty authentic artwork on it. Sorry for the aggravating-love, in case you in easy terms offered a $six hundred kiddie cart.
