I am in the mortgage business and i am tring to find out what banks do stated deals with terrible credit 100% financing

If you're talking sub 620 FICO, forget it. You'll never find it and even if you do, the interest rate will be so outrageous, no one in their right mind would sign up for it. You're better off not wasting that person's time by trying to find a deal that doesn't exist.
