I had an awful nites sleep last nite and have a long day at work to get through, anybody know any good remedies apart from drinking copious amounts of caffeine??

Exercise! Nothing strenuous. Quick jog, power walk or yoga will help you sleep better. Better sleep will combat your tiredness. Also diet can effect your sleep too. Make sure to eat a balance diet and not just before you sleep.

Caffeine gives you a quick fix but in the long run it drains your energy and makes you tired more quickly.

Apart from the caffine thing, not really. If possible, get fresh air at work as much as you can. That will help somewhat. I think we've all been there, done that sort of thing. I wish you much luck.

A little exercise. Water. B complex vitaimins and vitamin C. Get a nap if you can.

can you take a cat nap some time in the middle of the day? 20 minutes really can help.

needle in the eye works great

get some sleep. A couple hours is better then none.

have cool air blowing in your face, get a small fan from somewhere.
