Think about it....... your friends were probably as high as a Georgia pine when they told you that.

It is a federal crime to possess, use, or manufacture pot anywhere in the US. In Alaska, you may possess and use a small amount for personal purposes. In Colorado, you can smoke it in private and have a small amount in your possession without any criminal record, but you can't use it while driving, in public, etc. One or two other states have or are in the process of de-criminalizing pot, but in the great majority of states it is illegal and severe penalties may be imposed...That said, apparently many people use pot in all the states without ever being caught. So, yes, it's commonly used, but it is still mostly illegal in most states, and always illegal at the federal level.

It's legal here in California if you have a medicinal license.
It's safe, and the quality is medical grade so it's the finest
you can get.
Licenses here are 150$.This entitles you to even grow
a small amount at home for personal use only.
It's an incredible medicine in it's own right.I'm glad that the state here recognizes that and supports it.

No - she has already suggested she believes it rather is a nasty message for her toddlers. even nonetheless it rather is okay for them to get pregnant at sixteen, and for her to smoke Pot whilst it became into criminal. She has lots extra airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dust popping out and it is going to harm McCain and scare extra conservatives away. you realize it rather is undesirable whilst Karl Rove states determining on Palin would be a disaster. as much as I dislike Rove, he's vast at what he does.

it is not legal anywhere in america, except for medical marijuana in just a few states. bush's admin, of course, given their great respect for state's rights, are violently opposed to this and have raided smoking lounges for cancer patients.
in some states, it is decriminalized for users and in other states, prison time is guaranteed, especially if you are black or brown. isn't it weird to have different rights in different states?

yes unfortunately its illegal in the u.s. to posess marijuana. its parts of canada that your allowed to have a certain amount, and they have free health care too. looks like the canadians have a mentality the u.s. should try to rub up against.
