Well, no one is keeping you hear. The best part about this country is that you're free to leave anytime you want, and when you find out that other countries have all the same problems we do if not more, we'll welcome you back with open arms, unless you join some terrorist organization. Then its best you stay out.
me? No matter how crappy it gets, I would lay down my life for this country. America is about an idea, not about government beauracracy.

Is this really a dating question?
And I think hate is a bit harsh.
The US has some answering to do about its foreign policy and the way that it promotes capitalism at the expense of many other nations who remain poor.
It is actually quite sad tho to read the responses of US citizens on various race and world issues. The arrogance and ignorance is deafening.

You seriously have a problem. I went to Pakistan this summer, and I now truly see how blessed we are here in America. If you hate it so much then buy an island and do the world a favor...LEAVE!!!

Move out and make room for someone who is dying to be here. You make me sick. Your country gives you the freedom to be ungrateful. Isn't that ironic. You say you are American, you are not American. Being American is something that takes dignity and pride and you obviously have none of that. Look around you, look down at the computer you are sitting at. If you were elsewhere consider that you may be drinking maggot infested water that you had to filter through your unwashed socks. If that's not enough, look at the fact that you wrote this and didn't get jailed for it. If you still hate your country... you are truly ignorant.

You're a brave one asking that question.. very touchy people on here.
It's probably ok to bag out your own country, just not someone elses.
