I had wanted to make a booking online, however website was down, therefore called their hotline to make booking. Halfway thru, the line was disconnected. so I ring the hotline again, this time speaking to another staff. When I asked to speak to the first staff I had talk to, I was asked to call the same number again. And this staff refused to give me her full name when I said I wanted to feedback her service. She even challenged me to write in.

or u can ctc the airport authority n enquire frm them the office telephone nbr of jetstarasia n call them directly, if u wan also u can pay them a visit directly at the airport at their office n speak to the management

Taken Jetstarasia just few months ago, service in the flight is not bad. I even feel that the flight landed more smoothly than singapore airlines. Well, for you case, you are affected by the staff service.You can write to their management about this matter. Who knows they might give you a free ticket then.

I looked thru their web there is no email for feedback, so call them again but ask to speak to the manager/supervisor, if that don't work, write in to the Straits Times Forum, sure someone will reply you from Jetstar.
