sleeping can be good and bad at the same time. Sleeping is very goos and healthy for you as it is the time that the body uses to revitalise - re energise and repair itself. Sleep is a vital part of our every day lives but too much sleep can be more damaging than not enough. You should aim to have 8 - 8 & 1/2 hours sleep every night and it should be practised at the same time each night so that you are in a good sleep routine. ..... Although i find this hard on weekends lol

minimum of six to eight hours sleep is good for any person. children can sleep up 10hrs. Not taking enough sleep can b harmful.

sleeping 7-8 hours a day is good. Less is bad, more is bad. Just be prudent about it.

it depend if u haven't been getting alot of sleep lately then yes maybe 8 hours a day...but if u just sleep all day then no because fat sit on your body because you don't exercise...exercise 30 min 3 time a week...hope this help...
